If you are an empath, or an HSP, staying silent is like a slow growing cancer to the soul. There is nothing relieving about not standing up for yourself. You may not win every battle. But you will know you stood up for you when no one else would.

For an HSP, letting go is hard. Goodbye is not permanent. You can meet years later as old friends and share what happened in your life. As for the rest of the population, I am convinced that the jealous, the angry, the bitter and the egotistical are the first to race to the top of mountains. A sensitive person enjoys the journey, the people they meet along the way and sees life not as a competition. They reach the summit last because they know the journey is more important than the destination.

Sensitive people deserve more than this world, or those in it, offer them. They are here to help the rest of us see the things we often miss or are too busy to notice. Be thankful for these types of people in your life and if you are a sensitive person, thank you for being an angel here on Earth.

Even though things might see out of control, in this moment you are in a perfect disposition to accept everything that your heart is completely and unconditionally trying to show you. You need to explore and evaluate every single one of them before you decide to follow the path your higher self had already chosen.Be patient, stay open and go with the flow.
